Under direction and established standards, provide all benefit distribution services to participants, providers, contributing employers and 3rd party administrators to include: claim processing, processing all documentation for benefit distribution, data entry, answering questions, researching information in internal computerized databases, preparing correspondence and ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Maintains a level of understanding of the Rules and Regulations for all benefit plans.
Provides additional support to the Benefits Department as necessary.
Two to three years benefit experience. Three to five years in a customer service role in an office environment. Knowledge of standard office procedures.
